Conditions of Rental Car with Chauffeur Service

A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, before the rental period begins.

• Free cancellation up to 14 days before the scheduled service.
• Cancellations within 14 days may incur a fee.

Chauffeur services are available for the agreed-upon hours or mileage stated in the contract. Additional hours/mileage will be charged at the agreed rate.

The service covers specific regions in Ghana. Additional charges may apply for out-of-area travel.

Vehicles are inspected and sanitized before each trip to ensure cleanliness and functionality.

All drivers are trained, experienced, and familiar with local routes and traffic regulations.

The driver will prioritize safety and follow road laws at all times.

Drivers can assist with luggage and provide local recommendations upon request.

Clients are expected to respect the vehicle and driver. Any damages caused by client negligence will be charged.

The company is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items left in the vehicle.

Smoking and illegal activities are prohibited in the vehicle.

All vehicles are insured with comprehensive coverage.

Insurance does not cover damages caused by client misuse or negligence.

The company is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
